By choosing EarthCorps you will help build lasting friendships through environmental projects. Young people from the US, Canada, and 50 other countries come together to learn how to plant trees, maintain hiking trails and restore habitat for salmon, orcas, birds and other wildlife. They work hard and have a lot of fun! They speak over 30 different languages, come from places as diverse as Armenia, Brazil, Madagascar and Tajikistan, and they work with 10,000 volunteers each year. By choosing Earthcorps you will give hundreds of school-age children a chance to help the earth.

The International Child Art Foundation is working hard to make sure that people listen to what kids have to say about how to bring peace to the world.

ICAF believes that children can really make the world a more peaceful place. The pictures kids make bring people together to solve many of the world's problems. Did you know that making a picture is a great way to communicate with other kids from other countries, all over the world? Sometimes it is hard for kids to say what they mean, but making a picture can make it easier! Sometimes children can do a lot more than adults realize and making pictures about how to make the world safer, cleaner and kinder is a great place to start. By choosing ICAF, you will help children from all over the world to find peace for our future.

Girls Inc is working hard to make sure that girls grow up to be strong, smart and bold.

There is so much that girls can do if they are given the chance. Girls can grow up to be astronauts or scientists; they can build cars and play hockey. Girls Inc. focuses on teaching girls about their incredible power and potential. It also makes sure that girls know that they can stand up and protect themselves if someone ever tries to take them down. It is important that girls recognize how much they can offer to the world. Girls Inc. helps girls who are struggling at school, or with their friends or even at home. At Evergreen, we like to get our hands dirty, and we like you to get yours dirty, too! Imagine having a beautiful garden on your school ground – a quiet place to sit and read and talk and learn, a place birds and butterflies and other wildlife could call home. We help schools create gardens like this, by teaching kids and grown-ups about trees and shrubs and vegetables, and by showing people how to plant and take care of them. We also help community groups restore and care for parks and natural areas in our cities. By choosing Evergreen, you will help protect our planet.

Camp Oochigeas provides fun and meaningful experiences to children affected by cancer in Canada.

Camp Ooch lets kids with cancer be kids. They give children with cancer the chance to escape to a magical world where sunshine and laughter intertwine. Camp Oochigeas is a natural wonderland where friendships and memories replace worries about hospitals and illness. By choosing Camp Ooch you will help change a child's life for the better, and forever. Kids who were in the hospital every day will be able to climb rock walls, canoe, laugh and forget they were in the hospital at all.

Second Harvest wants to make sure that everyone has enough nutritious food to eat every day.

Imagine that you come home from school and you are so hungry you could eat everything in the fridge. Now imagine that there is nothing in the fridge or cupboards for you to eat, not for a snack, and not even for dinner. Can you imagine how your life would change, without food? By choosing Second Harvest, you will help many kids get enough food to eat. By picking up donated fresh food, which would have been thrown out by stores and manufacturers, and delivering it to agencies that serve snacks and meals to hungry kids and grown-ups, Second Harvest strives to fulfill their wish that no one need ever go hungry in our community.
