LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Your use of this website and attendance at an ECHOage related event is at your own risk and you specifically release ECHOage Inc. and its officers and directors of and from any and all liability, damages and claims arising from the use of this website and attendance at an ECHOage related event.

CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTION
This website provides the party host with the opportunity to make a charitable contribution in connection with the party or event being celebrated.  The charitable contribution may be made at the party host’s option, however there is no obligation for any party host to make a charitable contribution relating to the ECHOage event.  In the event that the party host elects to make a charitable donation relating to the ECHOage event the donation shall be deemed to have been made by the party host and the charitable donation receipt shall be issued in the name of the party host.
