Declan was born 7 weeks premature and needed to stay in the NICU for 4 weeks. The staff at the hospital saved his life and we will always be forever grateful! Declan will grow up knowing what the joy of helping others feels like!
Declan has a beautiful new play set with swings, ladders and slides that he can enjoy for many more year to come!
Declan loves to go to the park so we decided to bring the 'park' to his backyard :)
