Romy was born with hip dysplasia. When she was a baby, the kind doctors and nurses at SickKids looked after her and monitored her hips until the age of 5. Romy loves meeting doctors and has little to no fear of them, and I think that stemmed from her first experiences with them at SickKids hospital. Romy wanted to support SickKids as she has a personal relationship with the Hospital.
